A blend of salt, finely ground black pepper and toasted coriander seeds.<\/p>\n<p>Our Original flavour comes from a recipe based on heritage, the same ingredients utilised in the same traditional way but we\u2019ve modernized ancient techniques and are able to produce a very, very good product.<\/p>\n<p>There is no sweetness and no heat with the original flavour biltong (unless you find pepper spicy). Just soft, melt in the mouth morsels of meaty goodness.
